COMMUNITY KIDS

COMMUNITY KIDS CHURCH ~ is staffed by people who have been appropriately selected and screened and who are dedicated to providing a high quality of presentation in a positive, dynamic and interactive environment focused on the needs of the children.

PRAISE, WORSHIP & PROCLAIMING - Sunday mornings
Community Kids is the Children's ministry at  Christian Community Church - this runs in conjunction with the Sunday morning services. Children come to Church for the same reason as Mum and Dad - for the privilege of worshiping God and proclaiming the good news. They have their service just like Mum and Dad with their own praise and worship, tithes and offerings, teaching and lots of fun and games. Opportunity is also provided on a monthly basis for families to  worship together.

DUTY OF CARE ~ SIGNING IN & OUT
Before service begins parents arrange sign in with leaders -  similarly at the close of service when collected a sign out is required.

NURSING MOTHERS The boardroom is available as a quieter alternative for feeding mothers and babies.

BABY CARE (Babies and Young Toddlers) –
This room is located downstairs behind the auditorium, available for parents and their babies. This room is designed to care for your baby while being able to participate in the Church service.     

Exciting and varied programs are provided for every age group from age 2 to High school
The children are separated into the following groups on a Sunday morning-
FUN HOUSE (2 –4yrs)
This room caters for children under school age. The “Fun House” program begins at the start of the service and concludes at the same time as downstairs. Please send a piece of fruit or a healthy snack along with your child for morning tea.
SHOUT (Prep – Grade 7)
The "SHOUT" program begins at the start of the service also and concludes at the same time as downstairs.

Transition to High School ~EXALT (Grades 6- 7)

Pre-teen years - great!  They are too young for Youth Group and nearly too old for Sunday school. Well we have a group specially designed for these kids. They meet once a month on a Friday night from 7pm - 9pm, and their nights include Bible teaching and lots of fun and games. This is a great opportunity for them to invite their school friends along in a non threatening environment.

Princess Club (Girls Grades 1 - 7)

A place where girls are FREE to be who they were created to be. Princess Club is all about celebrating girls and enjoying being loved by the King of all Kings! Princess Club is held once a month on a Friday from 5.30pm - 7.30pm.  Princess Club includes opportunity for : building friendships, pampering, craft, discussing issues that concern our girls of today, worship & praise & great fun!!!

Boys Adventure Club (Boys Grade 1 - 7)

Boys just want to be boys and do boy things - well we've got that covered with our action packed & full of fun Adventure Club. It is held once a month on a Friday from 5.30pm - 7.30pm.  The nights include indoor and outdoor activities - Dads are welcome to join in and spend time with their boys. A light dinner is also provided.
